Being a life long resident of the DC metropolitan area, Kelvin has developed much love for this place which he calls home. He has positioned himself to be a trusted neighborhood resource with his local expertise, whether it be the real estate market, where the best hikes are, or an eye for finding the best bits in the area!

Before real estate, Kelvin previously held positions in the hospitality and construction industries. His passion for real estate developed from his time spent working alongside carpenters and electricians. Kelvin was always mesmerized when watching the foundation walls coming together to eventually reveal a beautiful structure that would become someone's home. 

At the age of 23, Kelvin decided to earn his license and dive into real estate sales. Although sales would be something foreign to him, Kelvin quickly realized that outstanding customer service was vital to being an exceptional real estate agent. With many years of customer service experience under his belt, he knew he was right by his decision.
